OrderNacho Libre Taqueria is a great new local restaurant. The food is delicious with homemade corn tortillas and authentic dishes spiced just right. We enjoyed the Saturday only special tacos, frijoles charros, esquites and housemade salsa of our choice. They have some excellent taco alternatives as well as housemade guacamole. We dined outside on the covered patio with our little dog. The inside is nice too with a large mural of Nacho Libre.
The reviews sold me and I had to try Nacho Libre Taqueria! Nothing here will disappoint. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. Fresh HOT chips and a different salsa from what I've had at other places. It was very very good! The food.. I had Carnita street tacos very tender and full of flavor. Mexican street corn and the Frijoles Charros hit the spot. Must try!
These tacos are so authentic, I'm pretty sure I need a passport just to eat here. The tortillas? Soft and fresh. The meat? Perfectly seasoned. But let's talk about the salsa-it's so fire, it's probably on ICE's watchlist. Seriously, this stuff is so good, I'm surprised it hasn't been deported back to Mexico yet. If you want tacos that'll make you rethink your life choices (in a good way), this is the spot! We ate and left no crumbs.
My wife had the nachos with carnitas. They were awesome!! I had the tacos with asada. Plus a side of the esquites and frijoles charros. Everything was fresh and had great flavor! Queso dip was great too and the chips were light and crunchy. Plus, just a cool restaurant. We will back for sure.
First time so we had to start simple and try the street tacos: Al pastor and chorizo Yum! The el sante margarita was good. It's nice to have so much seating outside, because it was already full inside when we got there at 5:00pm. The parking lot is super small, so prepare to get creative.
